UnleaSHE mentors a peer group of 5 self-selected group of young women professionals who join up to support each other’s goals, hold each other accountable, lift each other up and do professional success together.

Here’s how it works:

• You form your high-5 group and introduce yourselves to us
• We do a goals session and agree how we can support you
• We conduct monthly mentorship calls with the group
